SMS Giveaway Day!

******** UPDATE: Comments Closed! Now I have to read all the great comments! **********

It's time for the semi-annual Sew Mama Sew Giveaway day! I am SO excited to be a participant this time around. I had a ton of fun entering (lots and lots of) giveaways last time, and felt like I could be a giver this time!

There will be TWO winners of this giveaway! BOTH winners will get an entire half yard of Tina Givens for Free Spirit fabric - Olivia's Holiday in Velocity Blue, plus a home-cut fat quarter of coordinating pink solid. The FIRST winner will get their choice of either a skirt pattern or a bag pattern, and the second winner will get the other pattern!

To Enter!
1) Leave me a comment. Make sure I have a way to contact you (emails can be in the form of name at domain dot com)! Any comment will do, but I would love to know what sewing machine you currently use, or what your dream machine is, and why!

Bonus Entries (please leave a new comment with contact info for each entry):
2) Visit my page of finished projects and let me know what your favorite project of mine is.
3) Visit my Etsy shop and tell me what your favorite item is!
4) Like my Etsy shop on Facebook

Open to anyone in the world with a valid mailing address. Giveaway will close 8pm EST on May 25 2011. Winner will be announced here on the blog and contacted directly. If there is no contact information available then I will keep choosing names! If I don't hear from the winner(s) within 48 hours I will choose new winner(s). Items will be shipped no later than May 30 2011 (unless backup winners need to be chosen).

I have a Pfaff 2134 sewing/embroidery machine. Entirely too much machine for me. I spent too much money on it because I thought it would be easy to embroider simple t-shirts, plain skirts, little bags, etc. for my granddaughter, and it's so difficult to use it's ridiculous. I gave away a perfectly fine Singer sewing machine I bought for $15 for this $3,000 monstrosity. Live and learn, I guess.

Lovely fabrics. I want them. I want them BAD!

Your etsy shop: Your cards are great! I am digging that sewn tree. I know you did that so we would go there and be like "oh, i want to buy that" but all it did for me was inspire me to make my own. Sorry!

ircabbit said...

I love Tina Givens, her fabric is so fresh & fun.

My sewing machine is a Janome MC6300. I just got it, and I really like it EXCEPT - I have only had it for a short time, and it has started squeaking really loudly when winding a bobbin, doesn't seem right. Also, in order to select stitches, you have to push the button multiple times to cycle through the 30 different options, and it beeps every time you push a button. I seriously wish I could put the thing on mute.
