I *HEART* this magazine.
I don't remember how I first got introduced to it, but I LOVE to read it cover to cover multiple times when I get it, and the current issue (June/July 2009 - delivered in APRIL) was totally salivating. Lots of great things to try out, and tonight I made the Lemony Potatoes. And they look almost exactly like the picture in the mag except with out professional lighting and the help of a food stylist. I wish I could convey the aroma in the blog. Smell-o-vision:
